Welcome to Dirty Laundry. By using the Dirty Laundry website or mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be 13 or older to create your own account. Children under 13 may use the "kid" role only if a parent or guardian sets up their account and manages their participation. Parents are responsible for their kids' use of the Service.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens under your account. If you spot unauthorised access, email us immediately at hello@dirtylaundry.club.
Dirty Laundry is built around groups (households, flatmates, families). Anything you post to a group — chore names, photos, reactions, comments — is visible to all members of that group. Don't post anything you wouldn't want your whole household to see.
Don't use the Service to:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of anything you post (chore names, photos, etc.). By posting, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to the other members of your group, solely so the Service can function. We don't use your content for advertising, training models, or anything outside the app.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes your profile, points, completions, and any photos you've uploaded. Data shared with your group (e.g. chores you created) may remain visible to that group, but will no longer be attributed to you.
We do our best to keep Dirty Laundry running smoothly, but we can't promise it will be available 24/7, bug-free, or suited to every household. We provide the Service "as is", without warranties of any kind. Your use of it is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dirty Laundry and its creators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost data, lost chore points, or household disputes.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, where reasonable, notify you inside the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
